At Acruxa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your product.

You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts if applicable.
- A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Personal or hygiene-related products (e.g., underwear, cosmetics) for sanitary reasons.
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse.
🔁 How to Request a Return

- Our team will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
💸 Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
- You may choose to receive a store credit instead, if preferred.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
📬 Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- If your item arrived damaged or wrong, we will cover the return shipping costs.
📦 Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.
